1. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using our store, you confirm that you’re at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) and that you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Your account

You can browse our store as a guest, but you need an account to place an order, leave reviews, or save items to a wishlist. When you create an account:

• You agree to provide accurate, complete information.
• You’re responsible for keeping your password secure. Don’t share it with anyone.
• You’re responsible for any activity that happens under your account, including orders placed.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and let us know.

You can delete your account at any time from the My Account page or by contacting us.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy the products in your cart at the listed prices. We reserve the right to:

• Accept or decline any order at our discretion.
• Cancel orders that contain pricing errors or product information errors.
• Limit the quantity of items you can order per transaction or account.
• Verify your identity or payment details before shipping.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We’ll charge your payment method when you place the order. If your payment is declined, we’ll cancel the order and let you know.

The products on our site are intended for personal use only. You may not resell items purchased from us.

4. Shipping and delivery

We currently offer the following shipping options:

• Free shipping — estimated delivery in 5–7 business days.
• Standard shipping ($9.99) — estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.
• Express shipping ($24.99) — estimated delivery in 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

You’re responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We can’t change the address once an order has been placed.

5. Returns and refunds

If something isn’t right, we want to fix it.

• Cancellation — you can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Use the Cancel button in your My Account orders list, or contact us.
• Returns — you may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first to arrange a return.
• Damaged or defective items — if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
• Refunds — once we receive your returned item, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For health and safety reasons, opened cosmetics and fragrances cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

6. Promo codes and discounts

• Each promo code can be used once per customer, unless stated otherwise.
• Promo codes can’t be combined with other promo codes in the same order.
• If you cancel an order that used a promo code, the code becomes usable again on a future order.
• We reserve the right to change, suspend, or end any promotion at any time.
• Codes have no cash value and can’t be transferred.

7. User content and reviews

You can leave product reviews, ask questions, and submit photos. When you do:

• You confirm that the content is your own and doesn’t infringe on anyone’s rights.
• Your review should be honest and based on your actual experience with the product.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use the content on our site and in our marketing.
• You retain ownership of your content.

We may remove any content that violates these terms, is offensive, or is otherwise inappropriate, at our discretion.

8. Prohibited uses

When using our store, you agree not to:

• Break any laws or regulations.
• Impersonate anyone else or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our site, our servers, or other accounts.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the site without our permission.
• Use the site to transmit spam or unsolicited promotional material.
• Resell products purchased from us, or use products outside their intended personal-use purpose.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the site or other users’ experience.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination, and possibly legal action.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our site — including the Cealune name and logo, product photos, descriptions, page layouts, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use any of our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep our product information accurate, but:

• Product colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen, depending on your monitor.
• Product descriptions, ingredients, and usage information are provided for informational purposes only and don’t constitute medical or professional advice. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns, please check with a healthcare provider before using a product.
• We don’t guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or virus-free.

The site and our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cealune is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse our services, or otherwise act in a way that we believe is harmful to us or our customers. You can also stop using the site or delete your account at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — like intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, if the changes are significant, we’ll notify you by email or with a notice on the site. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
